Wherever possible we prefer to resolve the situation to your satisfaction. Therefore if you are unhappy, we request that you contact us first.

You may of course return your print for a full refund at any time if that is your wish.

• Prints must be returned in mint condition although original packaging is not necessary.
• Please mail back prints in the original cardboard tubes or similar. Some posties can be brutal.
